Will not use againSince I used this product my hair has been breaking off and falling out. I was not very satisfied with the color but losing my hair is a lot more upsetting than not getting exactly the color I wanted. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. All wrongThe color turned out closer to a lighter brown and didn’t cover my grey. I will now have to wait color again with the brand I generally use so that I don’t over process my hair. It was okayIt was okay, the smell was pretty intense and my hair got really staticy after coloring but im going to try for a couple of months before i decide if i will continue with esalon or not. Also, i requested a color change and no one has gotten back to me, i would like to put my order in early but i need to find out if they are able to accomodate my request or not. Changed my colorI wanted a new color and changed it to a beautiful medium brown with mahogany. It is such a pleasure to work with the colorist. I knew what I wanted but was having trouble explaining it to them, so I found a picture of what I was looking for and it helped with our communication. They are so helpful. I received my color right after the big Texas Thaw, so I had my husband color it today. I am always so thrilled at how easy it is for him to color my hair following the directions. It’s a beautiful color and my hair is healthy. I am so thankful for the fact that esalon does exactly what it says it will do.
