Great ideaI was so looking forward to a bit of Salon feel but at home but after using this dye I can only compare myself to a Lego head it’s just black no variety of colours that make it look a bit more natural that you get with other at home colours I use. it literally looks like someone has put a black carpet on my head and cut around it to my hair length. I was so looking forward to this so I can order and go and I’ll have the same colour every 6 weeks I don’t have to think about it or worry that there won’t be the right colour when it comes to dying my hair but it’s just not for me. I don’t want to out anyone off at all and I know some people like the solid block colour but a lot of home box dyes you do get a more natural finish. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Need answers..I like my formula the first couple of weeks but later the ends got light and dry. Nobody contacted me to ask about my FIRST experience with the color or to discuss if I NEEDED color adjustment for second application. Poor customer service!.
