Wish I hadn'tI have tried three times to get this color right. It seems like the very friendly people I talk to don't really hear or pass on what I say. Despite small tweaks each of the three times, the "demi" permanent medium blonde color seems to permanently turn my hair coppery red. Wish I could undo it but the only solution I was offered this last time was to order another set to which that they would add more blue. Color was not even closeI ordered medium blonde intense copper. The results turned out medium blonde with light brown tone. Very unhappy. I followed directions right and still turned out a ugly color. Had to go to the store and get blonde highlights to fix it. I would not recommend. horrible serviceI order this kit 2 times the first time it was beautiful came out great didnt cover the grey like I was hoping for but it was good. Then my husband set up a subscription for valentines day for me and got the Darkest brown with intense purple my the top of my hair turned light brown with a red tint and the rest of it was dark brown no purple at all drugstore purple box dye would off game me a better color then this. I got ahold.of Sarah and she was completely rude not helpful at all ended our chat in the middle of the conversation she went and turned off my plan without asking me if I wanted her I never told her to do that when I went in there to get a hold of the specialist they were offered me a free set so I could explain what happend and try again. Now let me tell you I dont care about the money it was 11$ to start with and much cheaper then a salon so money is not a issue I would even pay for shipping if I had thats not the issue the issue is that the customer service girl Sarah was TRIBBLE.. good luck in the future hopefully you never have to speak to her you won't get anything resolved 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Met my needs perfectlyI was a platinum blonde and my dark blonde roots were starkly growing out and I wanted to have less of an obvious regrowth. They sent me a kit that mostly focused on lifting the roots to a medium blonde and then the last few minutes to darken the platinum midshafts and ends. It came out perfectly! I have bleached and dyed my own hair but the specific instructions and the individualized developer (vol. 15!) made it come out the way I wanted. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
