Not quite rightThis was my second round using the color which had been adjusted to be darker per my request and I was happy about that. The application was easy, instructions were good and everything arrived timely. I was excited to see that and all over color was also included in my order. I was bummed out when I got out of the shower and saw that my hair was noticeably LIGHTER than when I had started. I followed the directions to the T but, I now have a brown/auburn-y color when I had asked for a rich black. The questionnaire indicated a pearl black... I thought ooooo pretty! NOPE.. it's not.
