eSalon made it really easy!eSalon was very professional and friendly in keeping me up to date on the progress of my order. I sent a photo of my husband because I was coloring his hair. They adjusted the formula to fit his needs. The directions were very detailed and there were 2 pairs of gloves and an applicator included. The only thing I would change is that next time I am going to order the bowl to mix the product in. I did not really shake the bottle enough and there was product left in the bottom of the bottle. Perfect colour!Have to admit, I was a little sceptical right up until I took the towel of my newly coloured, shiny, radiant hair! Love the colour and condition of my hair after using esalon. Not quite rightThis was my second round using the color which had been adjusted to be darker per my request and I was happy about that. The application was easy, instructions were good and everything arrived timely. I was excited to see that and all over color was also included in my order. I was bummed out when I got out of the shower and saw that my hair was noticeably LIGHTER than when I had started. I followed the directions to the T but, I now have a brown/auburn-y color when I had asked for a rich black. The questionnaire indicated a pearl black... I thought ooooo pretty! NOPE.. it's not.
