DisappointedDissatisfied I order a bottle refresher along with my root touch up and the refresher did not do anything for my hair and I end up with a hot root and yes I did follow up the proper steps this is not the first time u use e color although I was offer a credit for the refresher that did not work for my hair I end up having a 2 color tone on my hair that can only be corrected professionally because e salon couldn’t do any formula to match my hair 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Way too messyI wasn't happy with a 2 step color treatment, but I was willing to give it a try. Worked ok but I was using Madison Reed and it's all 1 step and that is so much easier. The worst part was the final 2-3 minutes when the instructions say to put water in the bottle with the leftover color and massage it in. Well, the color got all over the bathroom vanity and into my eyes and nose and it burns. Can't do much to get the color out of my eyes since my gloved hands have color all over them. So bummed!I wanted to love this color, but unfortunately it is just BAD. I sent pictures of my current hair, a picture from their page of the color that I loved, and included a message stating exactly what I wanted. What I received yesterday is not even close. In fact, it’s not a color that anyone would want their hair to be. It’s so dark, muddy, and almost appears to be more gray! Didnt work at allI have dark hair and recommended colours were dark brown. I chose one of the recommended colours and followed the instructions but colour did not change. Grey hair is still there too.. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Did Not Cover GrayFirst, the color on the non gray hair was beautiful. It was warm, rich, and multidimensional. However, the gray roots did not cover well at all. They were various shades from gray, ash brown, and golden brown even though I left the coloring on my roots for 30 minutes as directed. If it had covered my gray roots I would buy again.
