Loved this product. Made my hair look and feel so good. Would buy this all the time if it wasn’t so expensive. I could get a salon do my hair for a little bit more.

My first coloring of my grey roots was a bit too light. It was not difficult to apply however I had an assistant (my husband who had never done it before or even seen it done). The team responded right away to me when I said I needed a color adjustment and the second time I did it, a month later, with the new color it seems perfect to me. They answered my questions about the process of application, allowing a few minutes extra for the setting and crafted a minimally darker color and it looks great. I am happy with the way it looks !!

Initially, when I asked for a change, I didn't think I was heard. When I opened the package, I was so excited and couldn't wait to dye my hair. And I knew I was heard. I appreciate that. So far, I'm very happy I started with eSalon. Thank you team!
