It exploded!!I went to color my hair(which I’ve done 10 times before according to my order history), and after adding the color to the developer, it exploded all over the ceiling! Eeeek!! I believe it was due to the heatwave we’ve been having in Seattle, because it came out hot. Which I thought was odd. So, I was hoping I could get a replacement? I sort of scraped up about half of the solution, but it definitely was not enough to cover all my grays. I would greatly appreciate your help. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Pretty Color NOT for gray coverageThe color is beautiful, the packaging, instructions and little details are exquisite, but all around my roots it did not cover my grays, and even fully rinsed out of some places. I am not new to coloring my hair, and made sure I had full coverage, left it in long enough, and rinsed with cold water. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Really impressed!Since moving to the UK, I had yet to find a colourist or salon that could give me the colour I was looking for. This magical little colour set is the ONLY thing that's come close to getting my hair the way I like it. I'll admit it's a tad redish on top (but I think that's only because my hair naturally pulls warm tones) but it's such a small thing that I don't even care or notice. All in all this product is 100% worth the money. The instructions were easy to follow and my hair looks so healthy and shiny. I will definitely be buying again. nothing like the colour I was expecting.I’m no stranger to packet dyes and followed the instructions to the letter but I’ve ended up with a dark reddish auburn and not the golden strawberry blonde I asked for. Thank goodness it is the type that will wash out eventually or I’d be paying to get the colour removed. I asked my colorist and specified in an email that I wanted the original color.I took a break from coloring my hair and wanted the original color. In the email to my colorist I specified that I wanted to go back to the first color that I got from esalon... excited to go back I didnt even look until the dye going in my hair was very dark and didnt look like the first one. I went to my computer and looked and somehow there is pearl added in instead of golden. So now I have this color sitting on my head and have to wait it out, or go to the salon to get it fixed I am very disappointed 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
