Exactly what I wanted!My hair color was too dark and drab for me, I told the colorist what I hated about my current haircolor and what I hoped to achieve along with sending a few pictures of myself. Great service but colour not close enoughThis is a very hard review to write / explain. I'm naturally very fair haired, I would normally have my hair highlighted quite bright but with that I dont like the brassy / yellowish tones I lean towards the icy colours. In my order I opted for the all over demi permanent colour. On the break down of my specialised colour there was ash and mostly light blond, I just feel there was too much ash and it overpowered the light blond. For me I feel it has darkened my hair substantially. So in a way I'm pleased I opted for the demi permanent colour. Now I cannot fault the service and the concept of the business I think it is fantastic with regards the colour I just think it was too dark for me. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Roots OnlyColor really poorly done: very, very brassy and red. Wish I had gone to the salon. I wanted to darken my hair from light blonde to medium blonds - closer to my natural dark blonde color, but they sent a roots only kit. Not what I wanted at all. Color did nothing!I applied my color and it didn’t change anything. Very disappointed since it didn’t even color my grays that were coming out. Very much disappointing. I ended up putting a L’Oréal color on and it colored my hair as I wanted... Not sure what happened with the E salon color. This was my first ever order, as well. Oh dearWhen I used this for the first time, and I mean the first time I have ever coloured my hair at home, I was pleasantly pleased Sadly it's not remained as it it did initially It's a permanent root colour which is now washing out in patches 🤔🤔🤔 I may or may not repurchase I have a feeling if I do it will be in desperation at not being able to get to the hairdressers 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
