Bit of a fiascoI had light blonde hair. I wanted to darken it to a medium to light copper colour. My first dye made my roots bright red and the lengths a dull brown colour. They sent a correcting dye, but that just made my hair dark brown. It lightened after a few washes, and it's a nice colour, but not a colour I wanted or one that suits me. Now I am back in the process of lightening my hair again, so the damage won't be good. So, kind of hit and miss. Service wasn't bad, but I don't think they mixed the colour well either time, as neither colour was close to copper. It's also very hard to wash the dye out. Smells fine and comes with good gloves and a good amount of dye for longer thick hair. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

After 4 washes, grays are coming throughI have lots of grays so I am having to color more often than I would like. I have tried your color before and had the same issues with my grays coming through shortly after I colored but thought I did something wrong so I tried your color again but just after 4 washes my grays are very noticeable up front. Color didn't even last 2 washesI tried esalon to go back to my original color. The color was way too dark. In addition, I followed the directions completely, and my roots still ended up darker than the rest of my head. The color washed out after 2 washes which I am grateful for because it was not the color I desired, but hair dye should not wash out that quickly even if it's a gloss. Maybe its my hairI didn't really like the color they made for me, the roots were lighter than the rest of my hair for some reason. I'm not sure as to why the color wasn't as vibrant. It really looked dull and boring. The roots which was the darker of the two colors had almost a different color profile. It really looked like a messed-up box dye. I've colored my own hair many times before, and I didn't find this any better than my typical trip to sallys. So red!The color I received was so red it was brick red. I have dark brown and went with my original color. I was asked if I like red hue in which I do where it’s slight. Adding the developer and watching it turn red freaked me out but I thought well this is a different company. So I went ahead and tried it out and my goodness my hair turned super red.
