Beautiful colour and excellent customer serviceMy first colour kit was good but not perfect. I received a roots colour and an ends colour. The ends colour was beautiful. Just perfect! It has also has been impressively long lasting for a demi-permanent. But the roots colour just didn't have enough coverage or intensity for my untreated root hair, so I made a request for a colour adjustment via the website. I am really impressed by the phone call I received. I sadly forgot to get the name of the person I spoke to, but he was incredibly polite and helpful and made some suggestions for improving my colour kit. Easy to use and beautiful resultsThe pandemic drove my hairdresser of many years into retirement, and I started coloring my own hair. I tried another company but their customer service was poor. It didn't workI was so excited when I receive my color. But It didn't turn out the way how color it supposed to be. My front hair was colored but the rest isn't. Not happyI currently have medium/dark brown hair and was looking to go red. Since my hair was died dark (last color 1/2020) I was told they couldn’t take it much lighter, which was fine. Fabulous concept, great service, ok colorI absolutely loved the customer service and the attention to detail to ensure I knew how to do my own color.
