Easy to use and beautiful resultsThe pandemic drove my hairdresser of many years into retirement, and I started coloring my own hair. I tried another company but their customer service was poor. It didn't workI was so excited when I receive my color. But It didn't turn out the way how color it supposed to be. My front hair was colored but the rest isn't. Not happyI currently have medium/dark brown hair and was looking to go red. Since my hair was died dark (last color 1/2020) I was told they couldn’t take it much lighter, which was fine. Fabulous concept, great service, ok colorI absolutely loved the customer service and the attention to detail to ensure I knew how to do my own color. Doesn’t cover grey very wellIt’s so hard to cover grey. I have some stubborn grey hair near the hairline and it just takes forever to color them. The color also washes away pretty fast with shampoo two times a week. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

I truely love my color.I was very skeptical but when I colored my hair I received many compliments. I would have never gone red but I like it so much. Demi Perm ColorI called and talked with your talented colorists about covering my grays better without using permanent hair coloring. The colorist asked me questions and listened to my concerns. She reviewed past orders and together we decided to increase the developer from 15 to 20 and add the color boost. I am very pleased with the results and commend your colorists.
