AMAZINGTried this colour for the 1st time and was so impressed, when I ordered the colour I thought I needed, i also sent a photo, I then got an email from eSalon to say they thought I should have a different colour and if I was not happy with it they would send me a darker colour at no extra cost to me, but they were spot on, the colour is lovely and I have had my hair coloured at a salon every 5 weeks for the last 26 years but not anymore. Love My ColorWhen I visit hairdressers they will gladly make recommendations about a new cut but they always say, “your color is great, let’s leave that alone”. They never have recommendations for color change and they are complimentary about my hair condition! Beautiful colour and excellent customer serviceMy first colour kit was good but not perfect. I received a roots colour and an ends colour. The ends colour was beautiful. Just perfect! It has also has been impressively long lasting for a demi-permanent. But the roots colour just didn't have enough coverage or intensity for my untreated root hair, so I made a request for a colour adjustment via the website. I am really impressed by the phone call I received. I sadly forgot to get the name of the person I spoke to, but he was incredibly polite and helpful and made some suggestions for improving my colour kit.
