not the same colorAlthough the product is really nice, easy to apply and my hair feels nourished and well done, the color is a huge disappointment. My hair turned out brown - plain dark brown, definitely not the dark copper I selected. It has some hints of red in there, but only under yellow lights. I haven't done anything in my hair for over a year and a half and I'm just dissapointed that now it looks boring brown and will be a long time again before I can do something else. In my notes I even referenced the model Dominique from your website, which I figure it would be hard to achieve since my hair is probably darker than it should be, but at the same time, the color I chose was definitely red, even a little auburn. I'm attaching a picture of how it turned out. I'll wait for a couple of washes to see if it fades a little and looks more interesting, but overall I'm really disappointed. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Unhappy with colourI thought the colour was a very good match however it hasn’t covered my grey and as suspected it is now very very white again. I just don’t think it has the strength to cover my level of grey. I did enquire about this. I do NOT want another colour sent via a subscription? This is of no use to me sadly. Please advise? Long time userWell to be honest I have use eSalon for years I have my lifetime long friend come over for the weekend and it’s her get away from life and we have a party. Sadly to say her husband contracted COVID-19 and now she has no more weekends to share so I’m doing it myself. Turned out good even if I do say so myself color one day lighting the next. Surprised by the conditioner included in the box....I have colored my hair at home for 30 years...sometimes great results and sometimes not. I wanted consistency and expert mixing so the color would be the same every time. E-Salon did a great job for me. I am happy with the color. But what surprised me is how light and soft my hair is. I always condition after coloring so of course, I used the conditioner included in the box. My hair is usually a bit weighted-down by conditioner and gets greasy looking very soon....like the next day. I am so pleased with the feel of my hair and it is fluffy. YAY!
