Not greatI really liked how the product was packaged and the detailed instructions made it easy to know how to apply. Unfortunately, even following the directions exactly, the root color is Not in anyway a dark blonde , more a medium blonde and looks nothing like the color choice I made online. I would be ok with the slightly lighter color but it also did not cover grey hair in my hair line. Disappointed, canceling auto ship for sure. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

The Color is BeautifulThe color is beautiful but it doesn’t last long at all. No matter how long I leave the dye in or how much I saturated my hair while coloring the color bleeds out almost instantly. Very disappointed. AmazingHaving used lots of different home colouring before I was pleasantly surprised with e-salon. Not only do the tutorials help amazingly ... the colour and condition of my hair since I have used it has been great. Perfect, Natural-looking Auburn color in gorgeous condition!Absolutely perfect color that was easy to use, and left my hair in such beautiful condition! The color formula for my very first batch needed a little tweaking, but I communicated my needs to my eSalon colorist, who adjusted it to the PERFECT natural-looking Auburn for the next time! Not the color I wantedThe formula is great! The coverage is good , it smells very strong though. It left my hair very soft and I really wanted to love it. My issue was my color. I wanted to go lighter, and the colorist recommended slowly lightening and starting out with a lightning shampoo. She explained everything very well but I was very clear that I didn’t want the same color I wanted to go lighter and the colorist was insistent that my color that was going to be sent was going to be the same as my hair at the time but I could gradually lighten with the shampoo. I decided to trust her I followed her instructions my roots came out The same color as the rest of my head, I didn’t get upset because I hadn’t finished her instructions. I Used my lightning shampoo almost twice a week and it did lighten to a really nice color the color I wanted. The next box comes in and I applied it only to my roots as per the instructions and my roots looked black after washing my hair . SO disappointing now I have to start all over .
