Very nice colorThe first time it was not really the color I was looking for. After some contact with the customer service, they adjusted the formula and I am quite happy with the result. Gray Hair Still ShowingThis is my 2nd time ordering your hair color and unfortunately again, I'm disappointed. I just finished coloring my hair specifically adhering to the directions and my gray hair is still showing up. I understand that not all of them would be covered, but at least a high percentage of them according to your advertising. Now I have to spend more money on either another product or at the salon. I also purchased the Weekly Retreat. Haven't used it yet, but I'm concerned that it won't work either. Disappointed. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Color seem weakThis is my second time using esalon. I like the customer service but both times the colors that I got were no where near what I had anticipated. Maybe this is something good for color matching your current color to hide grey's but not so much if you want to change your color. Not happy with my root color or the ends color. Just Horrible...I am really unhappy, this product didn't work at all. I gave one star, just because the chat customer service was very helpful, but if there was a "0" star raiting, I would not hesitate to use it. The color specialist never reach out to fix my color! I was really disappointed, I went from light brown to an ugly dark brown. Now I have to pay to get it fix and go back to my color.
