ConsistencyI like your product very much and having the choice to customize the color is great. My problem is the consistency. I can't put it on using the bottle method, it is too thick and does not come out of the bottle. So I have to brush it on, which is very hard, if you do it yourself, because you cannot do the back. Looks and feels naturalThe color was exactly what they said it would be! I have very hard to color grey.... I've tried sooo many over the counter colors and they either didn't cover, as advertised, or they faded really fast. I also tried salons and they were expensive or just didn't do what I wanted.
