Great color but ...I love the way my hair looks after using the personalized color but now that I've ordered a new shade I'm starting to wonder if they are actually hair stylists. They only ever send 20 vol developer and since I went darker the roots ends color definitely should have come with 10 vol or less to better save the integrity of my hair. Ruined my hairThe color was very nice and ashy. It remained a nice color without turning brassy. Unfortunately a ton of my hair broke off/fell out. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
