Disappointed with the out come of the colourNot happy with the colour that has come out. It’s made my hair jet black and I ordered golden brown. The only reason I ordered online was due to the star reviews this website had. HorribleThe colorist took it upon herself to change my color. Extremely unhappy especially since it came out purple! Not a fan this timeI love esalon normally, my last color I received, I wasn’t happy at all. It didn’t cover my gray to good. I have been coloring my hair for years and my Daughter is a hairstylist so I know what I’m doing. I thought this would cover more gray. Colourist did a great job!I was really pleased with the adjustments to my colour. The colourist has taken my message and updated my colour really well.
