SoftMy hair is so soft after coloring. It definitely covered my grays. I am curious to see how long that lasts. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the light brown is SO much darker than I thought it would be. I should have asked for the lightest I can go. But I do love the coverage and it has a pleasant smell. I did not use the shampoo and conditioner that came with it only because I really like my own brand so that is my reason for not commenting on that. No changeIf you have dark hair like me (very dark brown, seems black), I do not recommend. I wasted time and money. My hair colour did not change at all. I love eSalons services!I love this company. As a redhead my color makes up so much of who I am. As I have gotten a little older it has become a bit more blonde. This service allows me to regain some of my youthful brightness. The products are so gentle and I have not noticed any damage to my hair at all. DisappointedI was hoping to touch up my ginger roots. Usually i go to the salon and get a nice orange like ginger color like really nice red head. And now I just fucked up my hair with this custom color. I filled everything in on how i would like it to be and in the end I am stuck with a fucking orange ish brown. You can still see where i had my grown out roots and overall it’s not at all what i requested. So just gonna have to go to the actual salon and not this basically more expensive online drugstore alike box hair dye 🥲. Definitely do not recommend for ginger colours.
