Excellent and pleasant serviceI would give eSalon 10 stars if I could. On placing my order, I was assigned a colourist who reviewed, based on a photo I sent and my desired look, the colour needed to achieve this. The first colour was a little too light to colour my grey roots, and when I told eSalon this, Amelia, my assigned colourist telephoned me to discuss how to rectify this. They then sent me, free of charge an adjusted colour and checked in with me to see how it worked out. I have now placed another order and we are going to tweak it ever so slightly, just to achieve perfection. If you can’t get to a hairdresser, this is the next best thing to ensure a good colour, and it doesn’t dry out your hair but leaves it shiny and glossy. NIGHTMARE! (ZERO stars)I had blonde hair. I wanted to lighten my hair a bit, especially my roots, and cover a few grays. I submitted pictures and explanation of my goals. I ordered neutral light blonde color.... which turned my roots bright carrot ORANGE!!! when I called I was told that there was a mistake in the formulation and the colorist had mistakenly added too little toner. I was told that they could fix it however with a follow up color kit. a week later this arrived and I did it... now my hair is much, much WORSE. I ordered light blonde color (1-2 shades lighter than my blonde hair) but now have DARK red roots, DARK grayish brown long hair with BLUE streaks!!!!! I was told that they would send me other products to try to help this disaster which is great, except they keep CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD without my authorization!!!!!!!! and my original order has not been refunded. Still GreyIt didn't cover greys. Despite leaving it in for longer and using more product than I normally would, the results were inferior to an off the shelf root touch up product at a fraction of the price. So it's not for me. Thanks 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
