I love the new color!I love the new brighter blonde that you mixed up. The only issue I can see, is that the sides of my hair, which is thinner on the sides, did not capture the blonde. It is not that big of a deal, and it is probably user error (me) anyways, but that was the only thing I noticed. I did not expect to receive the highlights kit because I think this color is good enough. I have not tried all the other products yet so I cannot review yet. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Good qualityI loved how much product you receive, it was definitely enough for my long hair. While coloring my hair I did a very good job of making sure everything was covered but once it was finished I’m still seeing a few grays so this was disappointing since there was so much product. DisappointedI asked to lighten my color from dark brown intense pearl to medium golden brown. I assumed that with “custom color”, I would achieve something somewhat decent. Very disappointed, my hair is not any lighter. It’s still very purple. The ends are dark. Seems like my ‘colorist’ Just threw in some medium brown dye and called it a day. I just spent over $40 for my hair to look awful. Terrible!My roots were a completely different colour to the rest of my hair, and the greys were completely resistant. I followed the instructions re application, but to no avail.
