Wrong color for meMy colorist at E-salon has been wonderful to work with me to get the right color. The last mixture did not cover my gray and changed my hair color to anything but strawberry blonde as I requested. My roots Aint what they were in my 1st colourMy daughter put my color on perfectly like she did each time. I was unhappy and disappointed to see that the color wasn't the same as the 1st time. it was brassy and had an orangey red tone. The 1st time you sent my color it was totally amazing. I could not get over how my hair looked exactly like my real color. I couldn't tell the difference from my roots to my hair. I was in shock and absolutely loved your product. But when my daughter was done doing my hair this time you could tell Immediately that it did not match 😭 the original hair color that you made for me And my hair color 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Virgin HairSince I haven’t colored my hair in 2 years I had what the call virgin hair. I have about 20 % grey mostly around the temples and front. My hair had a natural sheen before coloring and to me at appears kind of dull now. They suggested to go a bit lighter than I had planned so I went with their suggestion since we know color usually comes out darker than expected....well not this one! This new tweaked color is horrific!!Chrystalle has always mixed my color & it is usually perfect.....however,the latest set which was created by a MONIQUE arrived a few days ago & which I used yesterday.It is NOTHING CLOSE TO THE COLOR I WANT!! I asked for a little more red BUT this turned out PINK .....almost like a dark fashion red.......looks like a red setter dog!!I am FURIOUS.For the next batch please return to the ORIGINAL formula.I don*t know how I am going to make this color acceptable to me......my hair is ruined!! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. So Easy!I was terrified to color my own hair. After my hairdresser stood me up for my appointment, I decided to give DIY hair color a try. I ordered the tools set with my color order and had everything I needed. I was shocked how easy it was. The amount of time (40 mins) and the price is 1/10 of my salon visit.
