First off, packaging is lovely! It feels very special to receive a personalised box with everything in neat little packages and super clear, friendly instructions. I'd never dyed my hair myself so was very nervous, but this was super easy! The results were great- greys gone, natural brown but gorgeous tones and silky conditioned hair.

I contact my colourist and asked for a more burgundy tone rather than a mahogany tone, which is what I usually get, and the results were amazing! I am really happy with the colour change, slightly darker and slightly more burgundy. I highly recommend this company! It’s so easy!

Great colour

I've been colouring my hair since I was a teen. Boxed colour and recently beauty supply colour. But I never could get the colour I really wanted. My kit was very good, had everything I needed to do a complete job myself, and the shade is just what I wanted. I'm hoping my brown will stay ashy and not turn reddish as time passes. I bought the red neutralizer treatment so I'll see if it keeps my brown fresh.

My current change of color looks smashing great. eSalon has worked with me many years now ...... I couldn't ask for a more attentive company and I live so far away from California. Thanks for always caring all these times I have tried to get the color "just right".
