DisappointedI was hoping to touch up my ginger roots. Usually i go to the salon and get a nice orange like ginger color like really nice red head. And now I just fucked up my hair with this custom color. I filled everything in on how i would like it to be and in the end I am stuck with a fucking orange ish brown. You can still see where i had my grown out roots and overall it’s not at all what i requested. So just gonna have to go to the actual salon and not this basically more expensive online drugstore alike box hair dye 🥲. Definitely do not recommend for ginger colours. Tried it twice, wasn't niceI got the offer that came with 2 sets of color. The first application, I followed the instructions, and my roots actually ended up lighter somehow. It did make my overall hair shiny though. Tried the second application today, kept color on for 45 minutes, and my roots still didn't get to the "dark brown ash" color. I never leave reviews and I am!Literally. I can’t keep up with existing and raising children long enough to write a review and I’m stopping my workday right now to write this because this is literally the best company I think I have ever worked with. I needed a little tweaking to my color, and I easily figured out where to submit that l, and a real live hair consultant CALLED ME on the phone like real life lol. Amazing. This has been a game changer, and it’s really not THAT hard to do. The kit makes it as easy as humanly possible. Get one of those trifold mirrors if you really want to “paint” it on, or just do what I do and put the gloves on and free-for-all it. Works just the same for me. Thrilled with the resultsI am 100% thrilled with the results. I'm full grey & could only get my hair dyed in a hairdressers. Anytime I used a box dye the greys would turn pink.
