Color was not at all what I expected; ended up multi-colored.After my last two colors, which weren't what I was hoping for (first one didn't cover gray at all. I was told it was because it wasn't permanent, so they changed it for the second coloring). This time around, I told them I still needed more gray coverage and that I didn't want the color to be so dark. I got my color and the directions had one color for the roots, which I did, and another color to be applied just below the root line - where I'd applied the root color - and spread throughout the rest of my hair. I followed the directions to a T, wanting to finally have the color I was hoping for. It is SO BAD. The color is not only still just as dark, it now has an orange tinge to it, especially in sunlight. Also, because of the two different colors for roots and the rest of my hair, there is a distinct line where you can see two obviously different colors. I wear a hat almost every time I'm outside now. All I can say is, thank goodness I'm now vaccinated so I can go to my stylist and pay her to fix this. Definitley dark blonde not medium blondeAverage colour. Very even tonal finish. Roots nearest scalp are a bit too warm. Overall colour too dark. Love the process, don't love the colorWhen my color set arrived, I loved using the product. I thought it was adorable and easy to do. Custom color setI talked to Brianna and told her I wanted a color that they had on their website of a woman pictured. So she asked me to post that picture and to post my picture now currently, I had already posted a picture pre Covid. She said once those were posted she would get my color going and send it out. I was under the impression that she was looking for the pictures and that that would be done. I guess that wasn’t the case. I waited and waited and nothing was done so I called back in and got Pam. She said she was also a colorist. Trying to explain the situation she said she could help, so I trusted her. She said that they would expedite shipping and they did which was great. The colorist ended up being someone else and I didn’t get the color I asked for. I saw that it was medium blonde, I am not medium blonde but then it had extra chemicals that they hadMixed in so I trusted them. You can’t tell until it’s done. I’m a medium blonde now.
