I just want to speak with someone!This particular order was fine. Now, I’m trying to change my hair color & I’m told that I need to place an order first- so, I’m suppose to order & pay for a color that I no longer want, and then have it changed, hoping that the change is what I receive... Wasn't expecting it to be so good!I was desperate to get my greys covered and found an advert for eSalon. Thought I would give it a try and so glad I did. I really didn't expect the colour to be what I wanted, but it was perfect. It took a little while to be delivered, but it was worth the wait. Would definitely recommend. Attention to detail in the packaging was an extra bonus and, although it was more expensive than a home colour bought at a chemist/supermarket etc., I would certainly buy again if my hairdresser was unavailable. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Awesome ProductI've been an eSalon customer since January of 2017. I really love their hair color. Best product I've tried for covering and blending my grays. It also provides vibrant overall color, great shine and it doesn't dry my hair out. I've tweaked my custom blend a few times too and it was never a problem. For the past two plus years I've been very happy with my custom color and my 'color at home' results.
