Impressed with the colour and quality!I started using esalon because the salons were closed because of the ongoing lockdowns we are in. I must admit I love this product! It covers my grey well, it’s easy to use, the instructions are well written, and I do it in the comfort of my home when I want to do it. I’m not at someone else’s mercy to get my hair coloured. I was also impressed with the support I received when I chose the colour I thought would have suited me. The colourist immediately emailed me back with recommendations on what would suit me better based on the photo I sent. I trusted her advice. She did not fail me. I’ve had complements on the colour from my hair stylist! This will be my third time using esalon. I’ve stopped going to my salon to get my hair coloured. Lastly I love the automated service. Love esalons productsAbsolutely love esalons products. Once you try it you will never go back to box colors. Product doesn't run. Product doesn't dry your hair out if applied as instructed. Washed out nicely. And the my Stylest has been right on with my request. She does know her work really well. My hair shows it. Other women always asking me "where do you get your hair done" and I always reply with a big smile and tell them esalons, found them on Facebook. New to eSalonI am so happy I decided to give eSalon a try. I have been coloring my hair at home for over a year now and can never find a color match from the store and if I did happen to find one sorta close the next time I went to buy they didn’t have the same one. Very frustrating. With eSalon the color was SPOT ON the very first time. Now I know that each time I order the color will be the same. Don’t use Demi permanent if trying to grow out grey hair!I decided to grow out my grey hair last spring. My last permanent color was May 1. After 5.5 months of zero color, I consulted esalon about using demi permanent color to help with the demarcation line. I used their product 3 times with the last color 4 months ago. I wash my hair every other day and the color is very much still there even though I’ve washed it roughly 60 times. They said it would wash out completely around 24-28 washes. I am so disappointed that I have lost months of growing out my grey hair. I highly advise against using their demi color if you are trying to grow out your grey hair! Also, why is there no search option in the reviews? How can anyone find anything in over 50,000 reviews? If there was a search option, I would have searched for Demi reviews and likely found that others had similar complaints about the Demi color not washing out. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Don’t do red or auburnI wanted a bright vibrant red, which is practically what my hair already was, it turned my roots copper orange, and the rest brassy red.
