Didn't dye but great CSUnfortunately the dye didn't colour my hair but I am so impressed with the customer service through online chat and phone. The representitives were so friendly and helped offer me a redye kit but I requested for a refund. No Hair DyeI opened my box and it’s missing the hair dye. This company used to be great and now it’s AWFUL!!! This is the 3rd time something is missing from my box in the last year. Couldn’t be happierThis is my 4th order with ESalon. I’m so pleased with this color. My hair is not fried and extremely dry as it feels with store bought color. Impressed with the colour and quality!I started using esalon because the salons were closed because of the ongoing lockdowns we are in. I must admit I love this product! It covers my grey well, it’s easy to use, the instructions are well written, and I do it in the comfort of my home when I want to do it. I’m not at someone else’s mercy to get my hair coloured. I was also impressed with the support I received when I chose the colour I thought would have suited me. The colourist immediately emailed me back with recommendations on what would suit me better based on the photo I sent. I trusted her advice. She did not fail me. I’ve had complements on the colour from my hair stylist! This will be my third time using esalon. I’ve stopped going to my salon to get my hair coloured. Lastly I love the automated service.
