DisappointingWhen I put the dye in there was Alot purple, but after rinsing it was just a deep dark brown with no purple hue to it. Wasn't what I wanted. This dye cost too much to not get the results I was expecting. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not the color I wantedFortunately, I did a strand test before covering my whole head. I really did not like the new color mixed for me. 😢 I wanted a little more red color instead of all the brown but they removed all the copper color which was my favorite part. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Just okayWasn't as happy with the color as I thought I would be, After 3 days I had grays showing again. I also noticed in the shower how bad it stripped my hair of any moisture. It didn't leave my hair feeling good at all. I however loved the convenience of the whole thing it just seemed easy to mix and apply. I did not like how long it had to stay on my head but hopefully it's because the stuff in it was more gentle (I don't know) sure did not smell that way. I am just being completely honest. There was nothing that made me think this was any different from store bought products besides the price being more expensive. Amazing resultsJust used my first box and I am so impressed with the results! Salon trips were just becoming too expensive but I needed my grays covered. Box dye always left my hair feeling so dry. This was truly like a little salon experience in a box. The color came out great. My hair is soft!! All the little added accessories were very helpful, especially the color shield to prevent my whole forehead from getting dyed. Natural and BrightI have been using the eSalon Custom Color Set for over ten years. My hair always looks natural and bright, with consistent color each time I color it. It has not damaged my hair, and it feels soft and thick. I can easily change my delivery schedule and adjust the color when I want. I am not going anywhere else for color. Beautiful colorI was so delighted to receive my first order! The box was personalized and so pretty with easy directions and a cute little sticker to hang the instructions on the wall as you color your hair. 2 pair of gloves made the job less messy. Perfect color!This was my first time coloring my own hair. I have to admit to having been bit nervous about it. I followed the instructions included in my kit and watched a few of the instructional videos. All of the info was right there! It wasn’t very difficult at all and my hair came out great! The colorist really nailed my color the first time! For those who are considering this: My hair was once blonde, and is now graying around the edges.
