Absolutely beautiful hair colour chosen by Freddy after some communication. I love it. The Customer Service is brilliant and I will strongly recommend this service to all my friends. Definitely will be using them again :-)

First of all the packaging is wonderful..everything you need carefully contained in little boxes and even a poem.! I followed everything as stated and it was all so easy...included was a timer .. I have cool lightest blonde and it is great.. through lockdown I had 2 inches regrowth with some grey and now a beautiful very natural all over colour thank you Paul! Highly recommend

First time trying esalon. Everything was packaged very well. Directions were clear and very easy to follow. Color looks great and has lasted! Hair feels great! Will order from again. Highly Recommend!

I love the product. It doesn’t have a strong odor like in a salon and it didn’t make my head itch. The color was perfect. I ordered again in 60 days.

I tried your product bc of the pandemic and my salon being closed. So easy to use and I love the color. I am getting so many compliments on my hair. Not going back to the salon!!!! Thank you xo

My colorist did a wonderful job! I am so happy with the color and have had several compliments, such as, “ Did you do something different to your hair? I’m not sure what it is but it looks great.” exactly what I was looking for! The only thing I would change is to have a better explanation upfront that there is one color for roots and one for ends, and how that works. It was confusing for me as I went through the initial questionnaire.
