Waste of money - should've stuck with L'Oréal!Colour was a terrible mousy brown with brassy tone instead of the cool medium blonde with pearl tone that it was meant to be. Had fix it with L'Oréal cool tone colour which did a brilliant job and gave me the cool ash tone I wanted, clearly something esalon couldn't deliver and why I will be sticking with L'Oréal as I should've done in the first place. DisappointingNot the vibrant copper I had hoped for, and further faded after a few washes. The packaging suggested part of the colour was a free gift, which is wrong as I paid for all over colour. Great colour match.I’m super pleased esalon matched my colour as had previously coloured my hair with a different brand a lovely copper shade, I would say my greys were not covered the best but I’m sure this is due to my own fault as I was trying to be careful not to overlap the colour and missed a few areas... however I have just used the light set to add highlights and the total effect now is amazing! Great for curlsI have naturally thick curly hair which I keep as glossy and healthy as possible - often box dyes dry out and ruin my curls and it takes weeks of care to get them back to their full glory. This custom colour set was perfect for keeping them hydrated and soft. The colour was rich and warm and I couldn’t be happier with it.
