I ordered on line thinking it was Madison Reed but when it came in it was not.I just thought it was a corporate umbrella. I called M Reed only to find out that it was a different company. eSalon also put me on an automatic monthly shipping plan when I specifically said it was a trial. The product was ok. Not as good as Madison Reed which I have since used. I will see if eSalon will refund my automatic monthly shipment. I feel that I was conned. I called the 800 number on eSalon's site. Color ReviewThe color didn't completely cover my gray roots in the front hair line I can still see them . This is going on my second week of having the color on! Did Not Fully Cover Gray and Did not Add MoistureSo far I do not see where this is better than a store bought kit. The color did not seem to cover well and it was way too light as eSalon switched the color to a lighter tone. It seemed like it did not have any moisturizing effects.
