The color was great, but dear God, the fumes!The color was great, but dear God, the fumes! I like the color, but may need to go darker. The one thing that was really notable were the fumes. Loved the color and extra touches but not the smellReally appreciated the effort that went into my color. I found the skin protection oil and the wipe to remove color very useful. Product went on well but I didn't love the smell which was simillar to store bought products. It started to look dull by the third week. UnhappyI have brown hair and requested a dark ash blonde colour, purchased home dye kit and purple shampoo. The instructions told me to apply to the roots first, leave to process for 25 minutes and then apply to the ends for 5 minutes. I was highly skeptical as I know that the roots process much faster than the ends but against my better judgement I decided to listen to the colourist’s advice. As I suspected, my roots have now lightened to a hideous red colour which is completely different from the ash tone I requested and the ends are untouched. Have contacted customer service but haven’t had a response yet. Have had to book an appointment with a local hairdresser and hopefully they can fix it. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Wrong colourSadly I now look like I've got cherry red roots and ginger locks. It looked a different colour when I mixed it but I trusted it to be okay. I'm going to have to strip it and get it done at a salon now their open. Sorry but I'm cancelling my account as I can't risk this again.
