Great productHello, I had naturally blonde hair that had gotten a bit darker over the years and generally always got highlights, but every few years went red as I love the colour, on eSalon I picked a red and did it a few weeks ago, red has never stayed in my hair before, salon or home colours, I have always had to get it redone pretty soon after, however this red has completely won the test of time and the grey is still even covered, it is slightly too dark for me, but I got exactly what I requested, I would definitely order again but make it a little lighter x 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Love the personal attentionI ordered my first kit for root touch-up and the color was ok, but a little darker than I would have liked. The colorist immediately updated my personal formula and am excited to see the results with the change in formula. A dream come true! I can afford!My hair is really quite dark and over the years I have had quite the struggle, coloring it. If I try to go lighter (which of course I always do) it turns orange, or in some cases purple. Seeing as I had terrible results with in home box color I started going to the salon. Paying at least 300 bucks per visit. Somehow with all that money I was never quite happy with the end results. I mean it was close enough and it covered my now graying head well so I kept doing it. Even when my hair started to look dry and damaged. I found eSalon purely by chance through an ad online during the lock down last spring and I was sceptical. I can safely say now that I will never go back to the salon. My hair is healthy shiny and a color I have only dreamed of!!! Let's not forget that it costs a fraction of what I was paying for a "meh" color job at a salon. I will never use anything else ever again. It's easy, they have professionals that make the color for "your" hair, and your desired outcome!!! Did I mention its affordable!! Excellent hair color!I’m naturally a brunette but have enough gray that I decided to medium ash blonde. Usually I pick up a couple of the better hair color brands at the drugstore to accomplish this. Cue the pandemic and getting out of the house is less appealing so I decided to try eSalon. I liked the question process although I had to ‘trick’ it to get the lighter blonde color I wanted. Otherwise everything has turned out well. The color is a bit red, almost strawberry blonde, but I think a toner will fix that. Definitely a good purchase! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Terrible coverageI was very disappointed in my first color. There was absolutely NO grey coverage. The color itself wasn't horrible but I needed to tone out the brassiness. I was supposed to get a replacement color which I never got either. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Never received my order and I cannot speak to anyone about itMy apologies. I found it. I mistook the box for a different order. Still, I think the shipping is wacky and I hope there's a way to actually reach a person if I should ever need to. Again my apologies for the erroneous review There's no phone number that I can find on this website and the support link just leads me in circles. Also, I find it very strange that the shipment originates from Anaheim, CA, however it ships several times across states all the way to New York. I live 1/2 hour from Anaheim. ReturnedI return the product right after it was sent to me I am still waiting for my credit that's what I was told when I called and they said they couldn't stop the shipping just send it back Return to Sender.
