It did nothingI followed all instructions, I've been doing my hair at home for nearly 20 years and even used eSalon back in September of 2020. This time around it should have been darkest brown with intense pearl (I requested a purple like pearl) My hair looks exactly the same as it did before coloring it. It's a light-medium brown. I've never had a hair color not take and fairly irritated I wasted over an hour and $30 just to have the same color I started with. Covered grays, Dried out hair.My curly hair (which needs a lot of moisture) was immediately dried out by this product. Amazing natural result.I am thrilled with the colour, which is so natural. Amazing colourI've always dyed my hair at home, and the colour is so obvious that it's a home hair dye. However my first time using this product and the colour is better than what I would ask for in a salon. I'm genuinely stunned how they got it so right.
