1st time useI love the colour and the way it makes my hair look. The problem I had was my gray hair wasn't completely covered. I followed the instructions and I am wondering should I leave it on longer than 30 minutes? I will give it one more try and see what happens. SHIPPING ISSUES!I ordered this product on 4/10 it is now the 15 and the package is still setting at the mail facility how long do I have to wait? Didn't do anything on my rootsI have naturally blonde hair but dye it red. With any other brand I've purchased, it will cover my roots. This didn't. It did nothingI followed all instructions, I've been doing my hair at home for nearly 20 years and even used eSalon back in September of 2020. This time around it should have been darkest brown with intense pearl (I requested a purple like pearl) My hair looks exactly the same as it did before coloring it. It's a light-medium brown. I've never had a hair color not take and fairly irritated I wasted over an hour and $30 just to have the same color I started with.
