1st time useI love the colour and the way it makes my hair look. The problem I had was my gray hair wasn't completely covered. I followed the instructions and I am wondering should I leave it on longer than 30 minutes? I will give it one more try and see what happens. SHIPPING ISSUES!I ordered this product on 4/10 it is now the 15 and the package is still setting at the mail facility how long do I have to wait? Didn't do anything on my rootsI have naturally blonde hair but dye it red. With any other brand I've purchased, it will cover my roots. This didn't.
