Wish I had used it sooner!I ordered this product back in January, but I haven’t tried it until now because I was still using up some old box dyes that I had previously bought. Well all I can say is more fool me! I wish I had used this dye kit as soon as I had received it. I have very coarse, thick hair but the two bottles (one for roots and one for ends) were both the perfect amount to colour my whole head. This looks like a salon treatment without the price tag. I had to enlist the help of my fiancé to apply the colour, but between the two of us we successfully managed the treatment. The personalised instructions are really clear and it is so easy to apply. I had reservations and kept on reading reviews before I purchased, but I am glad I went with my instinct. I will definitely be ordering again when I am ready for my next colour. 1st time useI love the colour and the way it makes my hair look. The problem I had was my gray hair wasn't completely covered. I followed the instructions and I am wondering should I leave it on longer than 30 minutes? I will give it one more try and see what happens. SHIPPING ISSUES!I ordered this product on 4/10 it is now the 15 and the package is still setting at the mail facility how long do I have to wait?
