Hate the colorI loved the first few times I used the system but this color adjustment went horribly and came out almost black on me. When I contacted customer service about a refund they gave me a runaround about a new color adjustment but I don't trust them when this color went so wrong. Someone else cancelled my upcoming orders and told me to email a specific address. I emailed them directly regarding the refund and still haven't heard back a month later. Dark brown isn’t dark enoughI purchased “Darkest Brown” and included photos along with notes expressing concern that it may not be dark enough. (I’m Southern European with naturally very dark brown hair but not quite black). The colourist never reached out on my comments and when I used the colour it was indeed much too light. It also had copper and red tones which again, I made note that I didn’t want those undertones. It seemed like they didn’t read any of my order notes or looked at my photos. I gave it three stars because the packaging was nice and instructions were well organized. Good concept but I’m unhappy with the end result. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Soooooo HappyMy customised colour is spot on (warm beige) not a horrible block colour, this gives a multi dimensional colour. No need to spend £100’s at the salon anymore. Awesome ColourAfter stripping my hair of all its temp dyes as my hair was showing all types of red and was patchy as hell, I was left with light ginger hair and I'm a dark brunette....I was mortified!!! E salon to the rescue...I told them my issues, that I didn't want a brunette with red colour and they sent the perfect colour so I'm now back to brunette and hair in better condition. The kit was lovely, personalised and clear instructions throughout. Even got a bargain price as a new customer and I got enough for two efforts.
