Easy to use and great outcomeFirst color set I got didn't really turn out the way I wanted, but they were great on changing my color and now i love my new color. The steps are easy to follow and the product is easy to use as well. Typically with hair dyes I would get a strong reaction but with this one nothing at all. Would compare this to professional color.Excellant product! My hair was very shiny. This was my first time using eSalon's products. I felt the formula was slightly darker than I wanted but still very nice. I changed the formula for my next shipment and I feel confident this will be just perfect. I am a retired stylist of 28 yrs. and I'm unable to get my color done in the salon, so here I am doing my own now.
