Easy to use but the color seemed a bit brassyI like the convenience of having the color shipped right to my front door but I still struggle with good coverage around my hairline and it seems after the first wash or two it seems to turn a bit brassy. Easy to use and great outcomeFirst color set I got didn't really turn out the way I wanted, but they were great on changing my color and now i love my new color. The steps are easy to follow and the product is easy to use as well. Typically with hair dyes I would get a strong reaction but with this one nothing at all.
