Delighted with my colourI received my colour kit last week. It looked so professional, everything was explained very clearly, I had access to videos on how to achieve perfect results. It was amazing the whole procedure was effortless with perfect results, The colour was exactly what I wanted and needed. So easy and natural!After several years of high priced salon visits and hours at the salon, I feel so free! I had tried over the counter coloring and knew I had no choice but to always see a professional colorist. However the pandemic forced me to try e salon and now I will never again waste my time or money on an expensive colorist. Excellent product and customer service!Every little detail about the experience I had with esalon exceeded my expectations. After filling out the questionnaire I immediately received a reply (from a real person!) With suggestions about what would be the best product for me. When I received it, I couldn't believe that even the products in the box had my name on them! The instructions were easy to follow and the videos on their website helped too. The grey coverage was better that what I've been getting at the salon and the final results were on point! My hair was left so shiny and no weird ammonia smell! I'm hooked! BummedColor made no change to my hair, wasn't the color i asked for. I feel like i pick a certain color and they change it to what they think will work. Was told they would resend the color i asked for and again it seemed like they chose the color.
