Awful, second attempt and still awfulI wanted Irish Redhead bright colour. Ordered from e-salon twice. First time after following all instructions to the letter, the colour was light brown at the top and no colour on the lengths. I emailed to cancel he subscription. We spoke and I send pictures of the colour I wanted to the support team who persuaded me to try again. This time it was a fiasco again with boring dull medium brown all over. Cancelling the subscription and very happy to see my hairdresser tomorrow. Although as I only did the colour yesterday I won’t be able to change it for the next few weeks. Very disappointed. I am used to dying my hair and get better results and hair quality after colouring from L’Oréal hair products.
