Customer service shipped out a week late then blamed on meI knew I was going to have a tight timeline so I planned to have a shipment a month in advance. My custom color was shipped out on August 28th when I scheduled it for August 21st. Even with the 1-3 day processing time this was by all means late. I was berrated and argued with by an unempathetic customer agent. I’m doing a cross country move and now am going to be 4 weeks past due by fault of esalons logistics. Perfect!Now that I’ve colored my hair a few times I’m ready to review. I’ve never had a color be so close to my own hair color that you can’t see the grow out! A Crown JewelThe price turned me off just a bit initially but then I thought, I would spend thrice that amount in a salon. So I splurged on myself and have zero regrets. The color was spot on and my hair felt like it was resurrected from the dread. I was just looking for a gray touch up instead I got the spa treatment. My hair never felt so soft! Great kit- terrible communication with stylist- not happy with resultsI appreciated all the extras and how well the package is put together. Needed a second bottle though and had to make it stretch.
