Disappointed with the colourThe colour turned out to be nothing like what I ordered. I chose a colour similar to my natural, wanted to make it more bright snd vibrant, not to totally change it into a completely different colour. Very disappointed. Delivery also took a very long time. Permanent colorI asked for no ammonia and they never looked at the last comments and proceeded to give me ammonia in my color. Perfect colorMy colorist adjusted the formula as I requested and she did it perfectly! I got just what I wanted and I’m loving the new color, which blended in well with the rest of my hair.
