Fantastic colour and colourist!I am so glad I found esalon, it has been a god send whole not being able to visit the salon but actually more than that now the salons are open again I am sticking with this routine! I can choose when I want to dye my hair without having to plan appointments around my job, I can just do it I’m the evening at my own leisure, and Amelie is great, she really listens to what I want and gets it right. Amazing colour KitEverything you would need to ensure you colour your hair like the professionals. Easy to use, easy instructions, wonderful result. Didn't like it!It was supposed to be a reddish-brown, it turned out more of a maroonish color. I wish I had never tried it. It was now where near a brownish-red. I usually use Preference by Loreal BR1 (cinnamon) Mega Brown and told them. I thought I'd get something close, but that was not the case. I'm so glad I canceled after I got the first one. AVOID!! JUST GO TO THE HAIRDRESSERSI'm not sure who you have mixing the colours but they need sacking! My first ever order arrived today couldn't bare the excitement of my new salon coloured hair. Followed the instructions down to a T to make sure it turned out just the way it should. As applying the product it started to look quite dark on the places I'd added it to keeping in mind on the test I noted that I had yellowish blonde hair and was looking for the ashy blonde shade shown (that I could apparently have with my original hair colour) so all completed did the 2 to 3 min scrub into my hair with water. Decided I would wash out shampoo condition and style before I properly looked and hey presto job done I now have orange yellow hair no ashy tone at all just an orange tinge to the yellow underbase!!
