Soooo happy with my first color kit deliveries...GREAT COLOR!The Dark Brown (Cool Beige) shade I chose turned out to be exactly what I wanted--and it holds up a lot better than the drugstore brands out of a box! The follow up by my colorist, Yvette, to check with me and eSalon's customer-oriented focus are both very much appreciated. I'd gotten two sets of color in the first shipment (wow!) and used them separately, so I asked if the upcoming (3rd) order could be delayed. Will Never return to the salon to cover my grays!I have lots of grays and didn’t want to risk going to the salon during the pandemic so I ordered. I have never colored my hair myself. I have always gone to the salon. The instructions were very clear and my color looks great! It is very natural and has lots of dimension. I will continue to color at home. PERFECTION!!I couldn't ask for a better match to the color I wanted to achieve. I decided to save some money and color my hair on my own. E-salon is a simple and thorough process. They send your color along with simple directions. My assigned stylist even made recommendations on how to change my color to achieve what I wanted. I even did the highlighting!!! Such a beautiful natural looking colour.I love the colour that I got. And the personalisation on the bottles is a very nice touch. The colour was easy to apply, covered the ample amount of grey hairs well and lasted very well. The consultation process was a delight and my Colourist was superb.
