Customised colorAt first I was happy with the product and it seems to last longer than over the counter hair dye. I made some changes to the color and for some reason I started having an allergic reaction from it after applying I’d get a dry itchy scalp and red spots. Predictably-great colour, and continued-healthy hair for me, since 2022I've used only e-Salon to dye my hair since late 2022, and have tried a few colours within the same lightness-level. I've used the Custom colour set several times, and (twice now) the light set, to add compatible highlights. Each time, I've been satisfied with my colour result. I'm also pleased with the sustained health of my hair, the grey coverage, the flexibility to apply colour on my own schedule at home without rushing to appointments, and with the ease of adjusting/changing the colour for upcoming orders. Communication with eSalon staff has been courteous and very helpful whenever I've had questions or concerns. They've reached out to me as well if unsure or missing any information needed to ensure great hair colour results. Shipping to Canada has been speedy and reliable also.
