Look better at picture givenIf you were in doubt as to the color the custumer wants please refer back to pictures or contact us. Not pleased. Not enough to cover all hair and its a drastic change and my hair feels horribly dry now. Not shiny. Very dull. Not salon quality to me. be very careful which color you select nitiallyThe quality of this product is just great. My hair was shiny and soft and the shade resisted fading very well. Unfortunately, I chose a shade that was too red and too dark. I can lighten slightly with each new application of color, but it is only applied at the roots, so I'm stuck with the bright red. Color lovely but does not lastI have now tried 3 rounds of eSalon color. My color formulation has changed several times to try to get it right. While I appreciate the flexibility of the eSalon team, my color just never landed in the right zone. On the one occasion that I really liked the color, it faded within 3 weeks, starting to fade after the first wash. The color was supposed to be permanent and I used the Heart Lock It shampoo and conditioner.
